Headbourne Ltd is a privately owned concern formed in October 2001 to accommodate the purchase of assets from Robert Lewis (Regal) Ltd. 

Originally a specialist trade diecaster and wood shop company with over 53 years of industry experience - production, assembly and packing facilities are currently centred in Walthamstow, London, England.
Key components are made in low cost manufacturing economies to ensure competitive world wide pricing.

Product development and quality assurance management are both controlled from the London site. This site also accommodates design and creative facilities to help customers achieve their own special product requirements, matching diverse market needs. Most of the wood used on our products is FSC certified.

We are a dedicated trade only business-to-business company. Our aim is to ensure that our customers always have a freshness in their appeal - product offerings that give distinct points of difference. Our policy is only to manufacture and supply items which pass our rigorous quality standards.

Throughout our business we strive to minimise our impact on the environment and continue to seek new ways to achieve this. We actively encourage recycling within our company with 80% recycling of office and warehouse waste. 

Headbourne Ltd is dedicated to being at the forefront of the product sectors in which it participates, with particular focus on Hooks and Hook Rails where the company is a leading exponent in Europe.

All Headbourne’s own design work is EEC registered in the interests of protecting our customers.
